Returning a mason jar will give you a dollar toward your next purchase. It’s not as convenient as taking your foods away in a disposable container. It requires taking the time to be mindful of where you put things, keeping it together so as to not make unnecessary trips that expend energy, and carrying cumbersome or fragile items that might cause an incident. It is an excellent way to school yourself on the energy and organization required by recycling plants to recreate materials for products to be remade in their entirety. This includes sorting, transportation, and processing. It frees you to ponder water consumption and carbon output. Jar toting promotes critical thinking.
Or keep your jar.
Thanks for making it work.
