a bottom crust, layer of marinaded Shiitkes and Greens, Cashew ricotta style, thinly sliced Summer Squash, and crowned with caramelized Onions, and Figs.

Equinox Bounty Mung Bean Crepe
lightly basalmic-ed Quinoa, Purple and Green Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes and Sungolds, Carrot, Marinaded Chinese Noodle Bean, Cucumber slices, Basil Hazelnut pesto sauce, and roasted Carrot Onion spread. 
$7 ea.

Empanada
a hearty crust stuffed with Datil Pepper spiced Black Beans, Beet, roasted Red Pepper and Eggplant, Onion, Garlic, and Basil Cashew pesto.
