Mung Bean Crepe
stuffed with roasted and mashed Delicatas, Quinoa, toasted Hazelnuts, Apples, shredded Carrot, Radicchio, Spring Greens, roasted Sweet Italian Peppers, and Plum Vinaigrette.
$7 ea.

Pesto Spiral Tarte
A smear of Purple Basil Hazelnut Pesto on a spiral of Eggplant and Carrot pressed into Tomato Cashew Creme and baked.
$7 ea.
