I have a hard time believing that this pie doesn't contain animal products. Vegetable preparation technique has come a long way, don't you think?

Pierce Onion Pie
(for real this time…the pie did not set up yesterday but today, it is all yours…)
A heavenly slice of cremed sweet onions, cashews, caraway pie garnished with poblanos, baked in a tasty crust, served in a leaf of radicchio.
$3 a slim slice.

Mung Bean Crepes
stuffed with sunflower seed pate, quinoa salad with peaches, jalepeño, carrot, corn, and zucchini, a mess of kale.
$7 ea.

Zucchini Spiral Tartes
thinly sliced zucchini and fresh basil arranged in a spiral and baked over sun-dried tomato, garlic, cashew creme, and corn, in a tasty crust.
