True confession: i don't have a good stock photo for this week's menu because I'm all vacationed and stuff. So, I'm going to just feature done beautiful shots, from the farmer's market, of fruits that have nothing to do with this week's food. I know that's ridiculous.

Menu del Día:

Savory Tarte
A base layer of creamed cashews, tomato, turmeric powder, and garlic, followed by a layer of caramelized onions and plums and shiitakes, beneath blanched yellow beans and finally, baked with a roof of shredded zucchini and potatoes in olive oil.
$7 ea.

Mung Bean Crepes
Stuffed with quinoa, snap peas, carrots, raisins, greens, and tomatoes smothered in a dressing of roasted Anaheim’s and Shiro Plums. Also with sunflower seed patê. I know, I love you too.
$7 ea.
