spiced to perfection, Corn, Quinoa, Red Cabbage, riced Cauliflower, and Fresh Basil, in a flavorful crust.

Mung Bean Crepe
stuffed with a summer vegetable Quinoa salad dressed in a vinaigrette of cinnamon- and anise-scented Basil, Sunflower Seed Patê, marinaded Red Cabbage and Kale.

Vegetable Spiral Pie
A small pie with a layer of spiced Garlic Black Beans and Corn beneath a spiral of thinly sliced Zucchini and Carrots, brushed with Basil pesto, and baked
