Mung Bean Crepe
 Sunflower Seed Patê and massaged Kale, sliced Lemon Cucumbers, and a Quinoa Salad of Purslane, Snap Peas, Carrots, Peas, and Parsley with a Lemon-scented Basil vinaigrette. You’re favorite!

Lasagna Pie
Layers of thinly sliced Zucchini and Carrots, riced Cauliflower, Basil Pumpkin Seed Pesto, Sun-dried Tomato Sauce, and Cashew Creme, brushed with Olive Oil, and baked in a crust.
