Menu del Día

06/18/2015

Solstice is right around the corner, once more. Fruits, roots, leaves and flowers abound and thus, the kitchen is moving non-stop. This weekend, I bought an herb, called papalo. Its flavor is bright and awakening, perfect for a fresh salsa for crepes. It is common in Mexico and is renowned for making tacos utterly amazing.
I hope you can make it to the Gratitude Gathering this Saturday evening from 6pm – 9pm at Redwood Raks Jade Studio (for more information, call Shamira at (707) 845 – 7354
