Finally, the Tuesday Farmer’s Market is open. It’s abbreviated, in its first month but I think we’ll see more vendors appear. The North Coast Grower’s Association told me that they’re going to offer a shuttle from campus, to the Tuesday market, during fall semester. I’m super stoked because, Tuesday is my scramble day so it’s so convenient for me to pick through farm fresh stuff the day before I plate it all up for you.
