Menu del Día

I’m slowly working my way through my inventory of Pierce Family Farm’s Sun-dried Tomatoes. They’ve brought serious joy, to me, with the their captured flavor of late summer. The bottom of the jar is nigh and I just hope that tomatoes are right around the corner with all of this unseasonable heat.

Spiral Zucchini Tarte
Thinly sliced Zucchini spirally arranged over a sun-dried Tomato Basil creme of Cashew, in a crust. Olive Oil and fresh Herbs drizzled and sprinkled over the top.
$6/slice

Empanada
filled with deeply curried Zucchini, Carrots, Peas, Shiitakes, toasted Sunflower Seeds, and Kale. Yum!
$5 ea.

Locally Sourced

Food is love, Love is food proudly sources ingredients that were grown within the county in order to create foods that reflect a seasonal palette and an appreciation for the food culture of Humboldt County.
