French Green Lentil that have been slowly cooked with Caraway, Fenugreek, and Carrots, fresh Broccoli and Peas. $5 ea.
French Green Lentils stewed with Garlic, Onion, Fennel, Carrot, and Dark Leafy Greens. $5 ea.

Mung Bean Crepes
filled with a salad of Broccoli, Peas, Carrots, Radishes, Cabbage, and toasted Sunflower Seeds, dressed in a Cashew-based creamy Basil dressing. $7 ea.

The West is the Best Burger
A deeply savory, baked patty of roasted Shiitake, Quinoa, Black Beans, and Beet, served with braised Dark Leafy Greens, handmade condiments Mustard and Ketchup, and a slice of thick, cheddar-style, Dilled Cashew spread. Served between a split, toasted Sesame Bun from Heartfire Bakery.
