So, I dropped the ball on properly inventorying my kitchen and discover, today, that I am completely out of salt and quinoa! It slipped my mind over this busy, graduation weekend.Today, I offer my savory pies. Don’t worry, I was able to procure salt. Enjoy.

Savory Pies
with roasted Shiitakes, French Green Lentils spiced with Cinnamon and Garlic, Carrots, Onion, and baked with Olive Oil mashed Potatoes on top. $7 ea.
