The Beet Burger
A burger-esque patty of Beet, Shiitake, Black Beans, spices and seasonings served upon baby Greens, with Tangerine dressed Radishes and Carrots, homemade, prepared, raw, super spicy, Dill Mustard (I know), sandwiched between two thin slices of Caraway Carrot Sesame bread. $7 ea.

Mung Bean Crepe
Lime Avocado spread, Orange Curried Quinoa salad with Raisins, Radishes, Carrots, and Snap Peas, Sweet and Spicy baby Greens, Spicy Mango Sauce. $7 ea.
 
Empanada
filled with roast Shiitakes, Black Beans, Quinoa, Sun-dried Tomato Sauce, Garlic, and Onions. $5 ea.
 

*flours and oats, used in crust, sourced from and processed at certified gluten-free facilities.
