A pastry with a crust on the bottom, filled with sliced potatoes, toasted Walnut Sage cream, Asparagus, Napini, Artichoke Hearts, fresh Parsley, Celery, fresh Basil, and sundried Tomato Garlic sauce beneath a caramelized layer of Carrots, Parsnips, Onions, and Chard. Cray $8/slice

Mung Bean Crepe
Sweet Potato spread, Curried Quinoa salad with Raisins, Tangerines, Mint, Radishes, Carrots, and Green Onions, topped with Zesty Cilantro Sauce. $7 ea.
 
Empanada
filled with Tan & White and Black Beans stewed with  Salt-dried Tomatoes, Sautéed Onions, Garlic, Collard Greens, Thyme, Oregano, and spiced with Garam Marsala. With Rainbow Quinoa. $5 ea.
