Miso

"There must be as many misos as there are households in Japan." Japanese Vegetarian Cooking by L. Downer

Lightly sauté everything but the two scoops of miso paste, in a teaspoon of oil. Bring some water just to boil and remove from the heat. Dissolve the miso paste into a pint jar of the hot water; leave some room for the vegetables. Salt. Consume however you like. I like to drink a lot of broth, like tea.
