Potatoes, Blue Kuri Squash, minced Dark Greens, topped with thin slices of Persimmon and Beet and baked together in a Buckwheat Teff Oat (gf) crust. $7

Wrap

Chopped Kale Cabbage Parsley salad, riced Turnips and Almonds, Carrot, Blue Kuri Squash, dressed with a fresh Turmeric and hot Pepper vinaigrette, and wrapped in a Collard leaf. $7

Empanada (day old)

Red Mexican Beans, Golden Potatoes, Tomatillos, baked inside of a Buckwheat Teff Oat (gf) crust. Served with a roast Tomato Tomatillo salsa. $7 $5
