Riced Turnips and Cashews, fresh Beet Avocado Shiitake sauce, Carrot, Cilantro, wrapped nicely in a Savoy Cabbage leaf. $6

Pita

Rice Buckwheat Oat (gf) Pita with Yam, shredded Greens and Red Cabbage, roasted medley of Parsnips, Apples, Carrots,Cauliflower, and Beets, pickled Red Onion, and spicy Turmeric vinaigrette. $7

Pocket

A gourmet Quinoa and Potato patty spiced with Coriander and Cumin, Onion, Garlic, and hot Red Pepper, baked with Coconut Oil. Served wrapped in a Collard leaf with shredded Red Cabbage, a slice of Acorn Squash that's been roasted with crushed Fennel seed and Cardamom, and also, pickled Red Onion, and spicy Turmeric vinaigrette. $7
