A small, roasted Squash shell filled with Quinoa, Chard and Collard leaves, shredded Carrots, caramelized Leeks, Pomegranate Seeds, Parsley, toasted Walnuts, Cranberry vinaigrette. $7-$10 (they vary in size)
Roasted Parsnips, Beets, Carrots, and Apples, massaged Kale salad, mashed Yam, Grilled Shiitakes, pickled Red Onion, drizzled with a light vinaigrette spiced with Padron Hot Peppers. $7
A Rice Buckwheat Oat crust (gf) with stewed Canary Beans, seasoned Squash, sliced Tomatillos. Baked with love. $6
Yam, riced Turnips with Cashews, Carrot, Cilantro, Beet Avocado Shiitake dressing, wrapped in a beautiful Savoy Cabbage leaf. $6
