Comida Corrida Wednesday October 23, 2013

Boy those empanadas last week were such a hit, we should do it again. New ideas this week readdress our culture's love of the patty of protein. If you and your fellow food enthusiasts were in charge of culture, what would you say our food profile looks like? The United States, as we all know, is home to a melting pot of cultures. In the Pacific Northwest, food ways encompass Native food traditions, Hispanic and Latin American recipes, and a culture of finely cultivated heirloom produce, all fed through the modern food ways of omnivore, vegetarian, and vegan method. So many ways to see food culture, don't you think?
