This month's main feature is produce from The Bayside Park Farm in Bayside, on Old Arcata Road. Seriously folks, if you missed your chance to lay down some cash on a CSA this season, do not fret, pick one of them up for $25 a share for the next three weeks. Look at allllllllll of the mouthwatering produce I got today….

That being said, here is the menu for Wednesday.

Stuffed Pablano

A Roasted Pablano Pepper stuffed with Seasoned Millet, Maitake Mushrooms, Fresh Basil, and Delicata Squash, served with Roasted Garlic Tomatillo Sauce, and Lettuce Leaves (so that you can eat it with your hands). I recommend having a plate ready for this will be a delicious mess. $7.00

Lettuce Wrap

With Massaged Collard and Kale Salad dressed with a Sweet Spicy Vinaigrette, Apples, Carrots, Sweet Red Peppers, Snap Peas, and Creamy Lemon Sunflower Dill Dressing. $7.00
